Classic 2 ¼" backset mortise lock with turnlatch function. This lock is a good choice for interior doors where privacy is needed, but a lock with skeleton keys is not practical.

Available in polished unlacquered brass, nickel plated brass for a silver tone, and "antique" brass finish. Use the menu above to select your finish.
Measurements:

Lock Body: 3 ¾" tall x 2 7⁄8" deep x 5⁄8" thick.

Faceplate: 1" wide x 6" tall; 3⁄16" thick.

Strike Plate: 4 ½" tall x 1" wide (plus tongue).

Distance from the center of the turnlatch receiver to the center of the doorknob spindle hub is 2 ½".
The turnlatch operator is not included with this mortise lock. We have a wide variety of separate latches, such as L-30A, or the fancy ZLW-196TL. You could also select a doorplate that includes the turnlatch. Look for our door plates that end in "TL". This gives you the greatest flexibility in choosing the turnlatch to suit your décor.
