ZLW-193 Victorian Hardware Sargent Lion Door Plate Reproduction

Sargent was a well-known high-end hardware manufacturer in the Victorian era. This Antwerp rampart lion oval door plate matches the regal lion doorknob . A gentleman doorknob collector made this Antwerp set available to us. It was pristine, having been a salesman's sample, still mounted to the display board. We have reproduced it using the lost wax casting method,to enjoy all the details in the original.

Cast in solid brass, and toned down to an "antique brass" finish. Lacquered to preserve the tone. Your friends will think you've found a highly-sought after genuine antique. Superb not only for a Victorian restoration, but lovely in an English Tudor or medieval castle style home as well.
